BluBin Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 March 2026

BluBin is an inventory-tracking app for resellers, built and operated by Barder Works LLC (“Barder Works”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how BluBin handles information when you use the app and visit its related web pages.

1. Who we are

BluBin is a product of Barder Works LLC, a small studio focused on practical, calm tools for real-world use. If you have any questions about this Policy, you can contact us at:

Email: hello@barderworks.co

2. What BluBin does

BluBin helps resellers keep track of physical inventory by assigning items to bins, recording where things are stored, helping users find sold items quickly, and supporting lightweight inventory awareness features.

BluBin may also support features such as bin-based QR codes, simple inventory counts, sold-item tallies, and listing-prep tools. BluBin is not a warehouse management platform, social network, advertising service, or marketplace account integration tool.

3. Information we may access in the app

Depending on the features you use, BluBin may request access to certain device features:

4. Information you provide

You may choose to enter information into BluBin such as:

This information is used to provide BluBin’s core inventory features.

5. Information we do not collect

BluBin is designed to stay simple. In particular:

6. Marketplace and third-party platforms

BluBin may help you prepare listing-ready information for your own use, but BluBin does not post listings on your behalf and does not require account connections to platforms like Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, or Depop.

If you choose to copy information from BluBin into a third-party marketplace, your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. QR codes and deep links

BluBin may generate bin-specific QR codes or deep links to help you quickly open a specific bin view inside the app. These QR codes are designed to support your own physical inventory workflow.

You are responsible for where you place or share printed QR codes. If a QR code is visible to others, it may allow someone with access to your device or app environment to open the related bin view.

8. Crash reports & diagnostics

To maintain app stability, we may use Apple-provided tools or a third-party crash reporting service to collect limited diagnostic data such as device model, iOS version, app version, and crash traces.

Diagnostic reports are used to fix bugs, improve performance, and understand reliability issues. They are not used for advertising.

9. How we use information

We use limited data described above to:

10. Open Beta Notice

BluBin may be offered as an Open Beta or early access product.

During this period, limited diagnostic and usage information may be used to help improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

No additional personal data is collected specifically for beta participation beyond what is described in this Policy.

11. Data retention

Inventory information you enter into BluBin may remain stored until you edit, delete, or remove it through the app, or uninstall the app, depending on how the app is configured on your device.

Aggregated diagnostic data, where collected, may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for debugging, stability, and product improvement.
