These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BluBin iOS application (“BluBin”, the “App”) and any related websites or support pages operated by Barder Works LLC (“Barder Works”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using BluBin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use BluBin only if you:
By using BluBin, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Subject to these Terms, Barder Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BluBin on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
BluBin is designed to help resellers and small-scale sellers manage physical inventory, assign items to storage bins, find sold items quickly, and keep lightweight records about item status and storage location.
Some features may include bin QR access, simple counts, sold-item tallies, and listing-preparation tools. BluBin is intended to remain a simple operational layer, not a warehouse management suite.
BluBin may help you prepare listing text or organize inventory details, but BluBin does not act as a marketplace, broker, listing service, or posting agent for third-party selling platforms.
You are solely responsible for any information you choose to copy, post, or reuse on platforms such as Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, or Depop, and for complying with those platforms’ rules.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into BluBin, including inventory details, notes, storage locations, status labels, and any listing text you generate from your own data.
You are also responsible for reviewing item details before taking action, including marking items sold, archiving them, printing QR labels, or removing listings from other marketplaces.
If BluBin provides QR codes or deep links for bins, you are responsible for how those labels are printed, attached, shared, and stored in your environment.
Barder Works is not responsible for confusion, loss, or workflow issues resulting from mislabeled bins, damaged labels, shared codes, or errors in your physical storage system.
BluBin is an organizational tool. We do not guarantee faster sales, better marketplace placement, improved listing performance, or specific business outcomes.
Any inventory counts, sold-item summaries, or listing-prep tools are provided for convenience only.
BluBin is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store Terms and policies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms may control.
BluBin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barder Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of BluBin.
This includes, without limitation, loss of inventory records, mistaken storage data, lost sales opportunities, mislabeled bins, workflow interruptions, or reliance on generated text or counts.
You may stop using BluBin at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Barder Works LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
BluBin may be offered in an “Open Beta” or early access state.
During this period:
Data you enter during Open Beta (such as inventory items, bin assignments, and notes) will not be intentionally deleted when BluBin transitions out of beta.
However, once beta ends:
We may modify, limit, or end the Open Beta at any time.
