These Terms of Use govern your use of PairPlay and related services operated by Barder Works LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using PairPlay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
PairPlay is designed for use by parents and children together. Parents are responsible for supervising usage and managing all child profiles and interactions within the app.
Accounts are created and controlled by parents. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Child profiles exist only within a parent-controlled account and are not independent user accounts. Parents are solely responsible for the creation, use, and removal of child profiles.
We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be updated, or be removed at any time.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its functionality, or use it in a way that could harm other users.
PairPlay relies on third-party services for certain functionality, including authentication and remote gameplay infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, failures, or issues caused by these services.
PairPlay does not provide video communication services. Video calls occur through third-party platforms such as Apple FaceTime.
PairPlay may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. Any such features will be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
We may suspend or terminate access to PairPlay if it is used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that could harm the service or other users.
PairPlay is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barder Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barder Works LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PairPlay after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
