These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ring Ref iOS application ("Ring Ref," the "App") and any related websites or support pages operated by Barder Works LLC ("Barder Works," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Ring Ref, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Ring Ref is a timing and reminder tool intended to help users keep calls, sessions, consults, and similar conversations on schedule.
Ring Ref is not medical, legal, therapy, billing, compliance, or clinical documentation software.
Ring Ref does not replace professional judgment, professional recordkeeping, privacy decision-making, or compliance workflows.
You are responsible for your own professional, legal, privacy, and compliance obligations, including any obligations that apply to the calls, sessions, or clients you work with.
You are also responsible for deciding whether Ring Ref is appropriate for your use case and for maintaining any records, disclosures, or safeguards your work requires.
Subject to these Terms, Barder Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Ring Ref on devices that you own or control, solely in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Ring Ref or any part of it at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Ring Ref is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barder Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Ring Ref.
This includes, without limitation, losses related to missed reminders, interrupted sessions, business impact, lost profits, loss of data, or reliance on the App in place of your own professional judgment or obligations.
You may not use Ring Ref in a way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or attempts to interfere with the operation of the App or related services.
You may stop using Ring Ref at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Barder Works LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
